Reggie's Weekly Summer Sunday Gigs Just Got HOTTER!

This summer is going to be hot, hot, hot! Not the weather, no... because this Summer, Reggie has two tasty Sunday gigs at two mouth-watering eating establishments!

N'Awlins Jazz Brunch
First, if you know what it means to miss New Orleans, then come on down to EAT: An Oyster Bar for a New Orleans-style jazz brunch. Sink your teeth into the authentic tastes of Louisiana like EAT's soft-shell crab po' boy as Reggie Houston's Box of Chocolates transports you to a French Quarter bistro jam... shoot, ain't no need to miss N'Awlins y'all, we got it right here at EAT!

Home-style Dinner
Then head to Cannon's Rib Express for dinner because along with Grammy-nominated keyboardist Janice Scroggins, Reggie will be joined by bass virtuoso Ben Jones, who cut his teeth at the tender age of 18 by touring with Anita Baker... and that was just the beginning of his illustrious career! And wait there's more! Now you know musical talent runs in families... and this summer Reggie's procured the prodigious talents of Jimi Hendrix's cousin, Tyrone Hendrix-- this guy's so hot, he can smoke all of Wayne Cannon's ribs with a single drum solo! And as if that's not enough, it's FREE y'all! And a family friendly show to boot, so bring your kids and you can all get messy with barbecue sauce at one of Cannon's covered outdoor picnic tables. (See details below.)

We are so excited to be a part of The Delta Music Experience's day-long event of live music and good food aboard the historic steam locomotive, The Oregon Coast Crawler, as it traverses the spectacular Oregon coastline!

Originating in Garibaldi The DME Big Easy Express makes a leisurely trip up the Oregon Coast affording fantastic panoramic views of both Tillamook and Nehalem Bays. Have your lunch in the festive vintage dining cars or take in the fresh air and unparalleled views in the covered outside car. The train stops briefly at Wheeler-on-the-Bay, where you can enjoy the stunning view from the relaxing trackside park. We then return along the coast back to the Garibaldi station.
